Our specialty is 2-ply torch-on membrane — the flat roofing system that holds up best to BC's coastal rain — and we also install metal roofing, asphalt shingles and custom sheet metal flashing for houses, strata buildings and commercial properties.
Flat and low-slope roofs fail differently than pitched ones. What we find most often on Lower Mainland buildings is standing water from poor drainage, blocked or undersized drains, open seams around vents and skylights, and parapet flashing that has lifted away from the wall. Catching those early is the difference between a repair and a full replacement.
