Given that we needed the fix during the wet fall season, it is remarkable that Artur and his team took initiative to complete the job efficiently on the scarce days of decent weather. Artur was honest and reasonable when describing what needed to be fixed or not. Expectations were clearly discussed and documented before payment. Artur's communication was prompt, professional, and polite. All members of his team that we met were friendly and respectful of our property.
Artur and the crew did our roof in Burnaby and did an excellent job. The timing was longer due to weather uncertainties but the final workmanship and their attitude was "par excellence". I gave them 5* but they don't deserve it; they deserve.
We recently had to replace and re-waterproof a commercial roof penetration in Burnaby as part of an equipment installation. I have used a number of roofers in the past, with mixed results, but Pro Torch was recommended by a friend. Artur and his crew were quick to respond to our call and come out for the inspection, gave us very clear and easy instructions on what we needed to do, and after we were done they came and completed their job quickly and efficiently.
When we had trouble with our roof at our commercial warehouse I was scrambling to find a company that would give us a straight forward answer about how to get us out of our predicament quickly and efficiently. After getting the run around by 3 different roofing companies I felt hopeless until my brother told me about his great experience with Artur at Pro Torch Roofing. He recommended them after they had done such an outstanding job at his place.
Artur was such a pleasure to deal with. He is reasonably priced and very professional. He showed up on time as promised and got the job done. The workmanship was excellent.
