What We Install

Two plies. Twenty-five years. No shortcuts.

Every torch-on roof in this portfolio is the same system: a torch-applied SBS base sheet and a granulated cap sheet, with reinforced flashings at every parapet and penetration, drains and slope designed for the coast, and custom metal bent in our own Burnaby shop. Expected service life is 25–30 years.

Premium residential flat roofs and new-construction architectural homes
Commercial, strata, hotel and institutional torch-on installations
Custom tapered insulation, new drains and overflow scuppers
Parapet walls, skylights and door thresholds in liquid-applied membrane
Drone photography of every completed roof for the owner's records
